Did you know, 67% of Canadians know a woman who has been abused? That’s a pretty big number of women who need support in the way of resources and safety for themselves and their children if needed. That’s where WIN House comes in. Win House provides safety, support, relief, and resources for women who are fleeing abuse. Helix is proud to the support the WIN House and have signed on as a GROOVE partner for their upcoming WIN55 event where they are celebrating 55 years of helping women, non-binary individuals, and children flee violence in Edmonton. If you have the means, consider donating to this very important organization
4-H Alberta
Helix is a proud supporter and sponsor of 4H Alberta and the clubs goal to development our youth in learning fundamentals of agriculture and raising animals. In addition, youth learn actionable lifeskills through a hands on approach such as finances, organizational structure, public speaking, responsibilities, and hard work. The kids hard at raise steers for an auction that is open for people to come and place bids on the steers as they reach their goal weights.
Did you know that the purchase of an animal at a 4H event is a 100% write-off against your business income? The 4H club and animal owner will coordinate the butcher side of things, so all you have to do is pick up your freshly cut meat.

HSL AAA Alberta Crew
We sponsored the HSL 2010 AAA Alberta Crew hockey team because we love being able to have the opportunity to help out and we believe in supporting our community and investing in the future of our young athletes.As a company, we understand the importance of teamwork, dedication, and hard work. We see those same values in the kids who make up this hockey team and we are honored to be able to support them as they learn and grow as individuals and as a team.
